(More customer reviews)The item was damaged in shipping. After 45 minutes on hold with Karcher they sent out a replacement spray gun. The engine muffler was damaged in shipping but Karcker does not have a replacement part to send out. Karcher told me to contact Amazon.com. Amazon will not take a return on this item. Amazon should not be selling these if they can not take returns. So far Karcher and Amazon are not standing behind the product they are selling.
There are other reviews of this item being damaged in shipping. I should have steered clear after reading those.
The power of the unit is OK. The Honda engine does start easy.
I would not buy this again. I would only recommend this item to a Amazon or Karcher employee so they can deal with the lack of support.
