It is made of thick walled sheet steel, the spout is long enough and flexible enough to pour safely into any tank, The valve could be difficult to keep open if you don't have strong hands but it is positive and closes securely. It isn't cheap but if you want a strong tough can that will keep your gas where it belong, namely in the can and in the tank, this is the one to buy.
