(More customer reviews)Took me few minutes to read the setup instructions. Started to use the pressure washer. Cleaned a 4 by 6 ft of deck, then, after 5 minutes of use, the pressure washer made a weird noise. I stopped it, then restart. No water was coming, engine kept running and I was not able to stop it. I unplugged the machine because it would not turn off. Then I noticed a paddle of burned oil underneath the pressure washer. Call Karcher service: very nasty lady gave me an authorized repair center address(more than 2 hours away from where I live) so they can decide if it can be repair or replaced (for a brand new machine ????) It is being returned to Amazon.
