(More customer reviews)First 1 broke when i was screwing it on by hand. Called northern tool to return and they offered to ship out a new one and they said just trash the broke 1. I said i just wanted a refund so they told me i would have to send the broke 1 back and they sent me a shipping label. I shipped broke nozzle back with a note about having to pay for shipping on defective product. 2 days later i get a new nozzle in the mail and 3 days after that i get a refund minus shipping. Cheap product but great customer service from Northern Tool Co.
