(More customer reviews)I originally bought just the "unloader". While that was what it wasn't doing correctly, it didn't fix the problem...and it cost almost as much as the entire unit. All I did was bolt it up and swap out the plug and go. Don't go cheap, get the whole unit and be done with it!
